Terms of agreement for WaaaghTV.com

Waaagh!TV is free of any charge. But you have to agree to the following rules by either confirming them when registering a user account or else by simply using our services and forums:

1) We try to avoid unwanted nicknames, comments and forum postings on our website. But it is impossible for us to check any single comment or posting in real time. All comments and postings represent the opinion of their author and definately not ours. We can not be taken into responsibility for the content of a posting or comment.

2) By accepting our rules you grant to not write any postings or comments which are discriminating others, have a sexual content, are threatening others or break any law. This rule additionally covers your choice of a name when registering a user account.

3) We have the right to hide, delete, move or close topics or single postings/comments.

4) Additionally we have the right to delete any user account. Normally that will only happen if someone breaks these rules several times or when we detect accounts that are used for spamming.

5) We reserve the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our services at any time without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance.
